Please RESPECT this and DO NOT copy any of our artwork, poems, or designs. We keep our prices affordable so you don't need to copy. You MAY copy our order form and entire catalog pages to share with friends. The entire product line is on our website. Training may be copied if permission is granted in the copyright as long as credit and contact info for The Booster is given.

Our products used for display on or with any companies product DOES NOT infer authorization or approval from that company.  It is shown strictly as an example. Colors of items may vary from what is printed in the catalog or shown on the website. We may substitute new designs as they are developed. If a sticker or postcard is out of stock or no longer available we may print it on a printable sticker or postcards. We are not responsible for discrepancies. Prices may change at our discretion. Similar items may be substituted as necessary to avoid delay on shipping, or if an item is discontinued.  Items shown in k-packs & other packs may change. (A similar product or value will be given)

 

Money Back Guarantee - We want you to be happy.  If you are not satisfied with any Booster product you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or credit (less shipping). The product must be in original condition and resalable.  Items that are from packs CAN NOT be returned individually. They must be returned in the complete pack.  No returns after 30 days.  Sorry, no returns accepted on discontinued/ retired / handcrafted / or print to order items such as PR's,  buttons (qty over 5 are made as ordered), or personalized products. Please contact us before returning an item: 800-553-6692

 

Orders are generally shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY (from the U.S.) or within 24 to 72 business hours via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.  You will be notified via- email when your order is shipped.  You can expect it to be delivered through the US Post Office in 3-5 business days.  You can see the status of your order by logging into your account and going to "my orders".  On orders with tracking you will receive an email from stamps.com with the tracking info.

Please allow 2 weeks from the ship date before calling if your package is not yet received. Please always use your USPS MAILING address. See below for possible delays of shipping.

 Possible reasons to delay in shipping of your order

-Customized products in order, such as printable sticker, buttons, business cards, etc. please allow 3 t0 10 business days

-Printed or made as ordered product may cause a 1-2 day delay. (Print when ordered items.)

-Handcrafted items can take a up to 10 business days before shipment.

 

We offer flat rate shipping - $6.45. Orders will be shipped via USPS via Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the weight.  We reserve the right to choose the most economical rate.  Make the most of your shipping by placing larger orders! (except international* orders). (see below for rates)

Express shipping - Call for quote or put comment in order and then call to let us know you have submitted the order.

If you want an alternative method of shipping, please call for a quote.  You could also add a note in the comment section at the end of your order and we will call you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

*CANADA, AUSTRALIA, & OTHER International -   

When you submit your order you are agreeing to the terms below for your shipping.

The shipping that is reflected by the shopping cart is estimated by the product total on your order.  We may ship your order in multiple packages to save on shipping. If your actual shipping cost is alot less then what was charged we will put a voucher in your account for the difference in the price.     

Shipping outside the US takes a week or less using global priority mail. Regular first class airmail can take 10 business days or more.  Surface can take up to 6 weeks.   Canada First Class usually takes 1- 2 weeks to receive.

Your shipping can depend on what you order, the shape, size, and weight. If it is mostly stickers it can be less.  If it has larger items like some books or folders it may need to go in a box therefore it may cost more.

 International packages (other than Canada) are shipped global FIRST CLASS or priority mail at this time.  It will show as an option at check out if we do make it available.

 

You may place your orders through the mail, phone, fax, or Internet. The toll-free number should work in Canada.     If it doesn’t or if you are in another country you may call 800-553-6692 or 435-245-6086 during office hours (M-F 9-5 p.m.  MTN time,) or leave a message on voice mail and we will get back to you. Please be sure to tell us your time zone and leave ALL numbers (including country codes) required to call you back from the US.
