1. Payment - We accept the 4 major credit cards. Our website is SECURE.  Your credit card information is NOT sent via the internet or e-mails.  It can only be viewed by us in our office.  Your credit card is NOT actually charged until we process your order in our office.

2.  Money Back Guarantee  - We want you to be happy.  If you are not satisfied with any Booster product  you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or credit (less shipping)  The product must be in original condition and resellable.  No returns after 30 days.  Sorry, no returns accepted on discontinued/ reired / or print to order items such as PR stickers, PS stickers, retired buttons, or personalized products.

3. Orders are generally shipped the NEXT WORKING DAY- via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.  You will be notified via- email when your order is shipped.  There may be a 1-2 day delay for personalized items.
