You must LOG IN (Upper right) in order to add things to your cart.
This will allow the system to SAVE what you’ve added to your cart. To make sure your cart is saved, occasionally click, CLICK TO SAVE. The items you have in your cart will show down the right side of the screen. To change quantities or view what you've ordered you may either click CART in the top part of the screen or click the product to view it and change quantities there.Once you are logged the system takes you to your Customer ORDER history. From there you may click on a previous order you have saved, or just start shopping. To ADD the item to your cart that you wanted just click the BACK key until the item shows on the screen and then click ADD. Then continue shopping.
You may also add things to your favorites (you must be on the same computer to view favorites again.)
To start shopping just click HOME, or any or ALL CATEGORIES.
Your order is NOT placed until you actually complete your order by adding your credit card and submitting your order. Logging in just allows your information to be saved in case the system times out.
If the system (yours or ours) does "Time Out" and your order is lost we can still find it. Everyday we move UNFINALIZED orders back to SAVED and your will receive an email telling you the status has changed. You may then LOG IN and click on that order and finish it. YOU MUST BE SAVING your order periodically for this function to work.
