  OK- here is what Bobbie did:
  1. She met with me, Jenny at their summer convention. She asked me what to do to become more successful. I handed her our “10 Steps to Successful Parties” SYSTEM and the PARTY / SHOW CHECKLIST and briefly explained how to use them.
  2. She bought them, went home and DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID TO DO! (We’ll get into what that is in a minute!)

  How to use the “10 Steps to Successful Parties” System:
  Here’s a brief review to help YOU be more successful! There is a set of 10 Training Divider dividers. Put them in a binder on your desk. First, sort your Booster products into each of the KEY DIVIDERS, to organize them by USAGE. (Items beginning with a 1 after the letter are for Key 1-Booking, a 3 = Key 3-Boost attendance, etc.)
  Then, make copies of the “Party/Show Checklist” (included on the back of the first divider) record on that checklist when each STEP is accomplished for each hostess. This ensures that you do everything to make each party as successful as possible.
  Here is a brief synopsis of the steps:
  Step 1: Prepare your hostess packets. This is where you keep the stickers and magnets you use in preparing your hostess packets.
  Step 2: Prepare for great hostess coaching. Use Key 2 stickers and postcards to follow up with your hostesses. Remember to mark off your erase board!
  Step 3: Prepare invitations. We suggest you use 3 types of stickers on each invitation. 2 from Key 3: Boost Attendance, 1 from Key 1 to plant Booking seeds, and 1 from Key 6 to plant recruiting seeds. I know it sounds like a lot but ask yourself this question: How many invitations do you send to a party? (Average is 30) How many people come? (Average is 8 but when using Booster products average is 12!) So, how many people are learning that you have opportunities to offer? How many are NOT? When you put both a booking and recruiting sticker on EVERY invitation, you are at least planting seeds with EVERYONE! Do you know in advance when a seed will land on fertile soil? Why waste opportunities?
  Step 4: Follow up BEFORE the party with a letter saying invitations are out and send the “Phone Call Reminder” postcards.
  Step 5: Prepare catalogs for the party. We suggest you use AT LEAST two Key 4 Increasing sales stickers, one Key 6 Recruiting sticker and one Key 1 Dating sticker.  (Many people tell us they use ONE sticker every 2 pages of their catalog and that it really makes a difference.  They can be sales, booking or recruiting!) 
  Step 6: Prepare your order forms with stickers because that’s what customers look at when filling out their order. Use Key 4  Boost sales stickers and gift giving stickers as reminders when they are placing their orders.
  Step 7: Prepare recruiting $$ for each party. (See V6658 for more info as to WHY!)
  Step 8: Prepare gifts for party guests and hostesses. Booster notepads, candy bar wrappers, bookmarks, and magnets make great, affordable little gifts!
  Step 9: Party time! A reminder of what to do on party day!
  Step 10: Follow up with hand written “Thank you” notes.
